FLUIDIZED BED VIBRATION DRYERS/COOLERS
Ideal for dry bulk materials with a high degree of moisture and a tendency to agglomerate. Gently & uniformly dry sensitive products with Allgaier fluidized bed vibration dryers / coolers, a purely direct dryer in which a hot air flow serves as a heat transfer medium.
Available as continuous or batch dryers, vibration bed dryers are are perfect for adjusting to the specific properties of the materials being processed and the process control system being used.
Ideal for: Crystalline materials, granular material, dusts, powders, materials with coarse particle sizes, minerals, sands, filter cakes from nearly all industrial sectors.
STATIC FLUIDIZED BED DRYERS/COOLERS
Achieve homogenous fluidization with taller fluidized bed heights and slightly faster air speeds with fluidized bed dryers with immersion heat exchangers (heating or cooling surfaces), suspension and paste dryers, and spray granulation dryers. Perfect for easily fluidized bulk materials that have a narrow particle size distribution or do not stick.
Ideal for: Drying granular plastic material, fodder, sugar, yeast, granular material used for pharmaceutical applications, and potato granules; expanding granular foam material; heating up urea; cooling down cocoa, iron sulfate, and other salts; as well as virtually all batch processes.
FLUIDIZED BED DRYERS/COOLERS WITH HEAT EXCHANGERS
Fluidized bed dryers/coolers with integrated heat exchangers (heating or cooling surfaces) are used for applications requiring particularly high solid and water evaporation performance in the salt and soda, fodder, food equipment, and plastic industries. Perfect for bulk materials that do not have excessive infeed moisture, have a uniform particle size, and do not tend to clump.
