Learn why so many choose ACS Valves.
Early in their company history, ACS manufactured entire pneumatic conveying systems. While they decided to focus their attention on valves, they continue to design products with the big picture in mind. Knowing what goes on above and below the valves, ensures improved line performance and efficiency, along with the ability to troubleshoot issues beyond the valve.
Every industry has its own manufacturing priorities, challenges and regulations. ACS Valves continues to design new valves and add-on features to accommodate these manufacturing specific environments and industry regulations.
As a company that designs and builds all of their valves in-house, ACS Valves provides consistent support and troubleshooting with their products — even if it requires onsite visits.
Designed and built in North America
ACS Valves keeps all business operations — engineering and manufacturing — in southern Ontario, where they can control supply.
Cast locally using 65% US steel, their durable valves have longer maintenance cycles, less seal leakage and greater precision tolerances. Local manufacturing also means faster production time. Not only do they reduce their carbon footprint, they also ship orders much faster.
No matter what valve you order, it will come with safety covers, an 8-vane rotor and outboard bearings. That means all ACS valves are compliant with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).
At no extra charge to you. It is simply part of the valve design.
